Banding together, they hunted their hunters. Weapons in hand, they faced living nightmares. Unable to wield aether, they used Eldrim cards to spread their dominion. In a world where death was their only birthright, they carved out an empire that was legend incarnate.But while they fought cursed monsters outside, a more insidious monstrosity struck from within. Greed, deception, and war marked the end of the Valeriya Empire.
Hundreds of years later, Nero is born into a nation of warriors, in an age cracking beneath an unseen weight.
Whispers of a new order, undercurrents to seize power, and a desire to form a new empire have spread throughout the lands. The world is ready for a change, but it might not be ready for Nero who was betrayed. They messed with his brother, and now, they must face the consequences.
